Is it just me, or do dips seem to bring people together? People love a great appetizer, and this warm artichoke dip recipe is a real crowd pleaser! Did I mention it’s easy to make?
This warm artichoke dip recipe is perfect for game day, Super Bowl parties, book club, or simply for watching The Bachelorette by yourself! It’s easy and delicious, score!
- 8 oz. of cream cheese
- 1 jar (8 oz.) of artichoke hearts, drained
- 1 ½ – 2 cups of parmesan cheese
- 2 cups of mayonnaise (My favorite brand is Just Mayo, which is egg-, dairy-, and gluten-free. It still tastes like food, I promise.)
Step 1: Since this dip doesn’t take long to make, start by preheating the oven to 350° F.
Step 2: Chop up the artichoke hearts with a knife. If you prefer a smoother dip, feel free to mash the artichoke hearts with a fork for a less-chunky consistency.
Step 3: Combine the artichoke hearts with the cream cheese, parmesan cheese, and mayo into a 2 quart casserole dish. Mix all the ingredients together until well blended.
Step 4: Bake artichoke dip for 20 minutes or until it’s heated through. This recipe is called warm artichoke dip, after all.
Step 5: Serve the dip with crackers, pretzels, tortilla chips, veggies, or bread (see below).
My favorite way to serve this dip: Sheepherder’s bread (which can be found in any bakery). Cut out the top-center of the loaf and fill with the warm artichoke dip. Then use the surrounding bread to dip with. Not only does it look good, but tastes amazing too!
